12 year old Elle Fanning (younger sister of Dakota)  recently starred in Sofia Coppola’s newest (and Golden Lion winning) film Somewhere.  Following the precedent of Coppola’s three most recent films, Somewhere will feature music from her boyfriend Mars’ band Phoenix, as well as T. Rex, Bryan Ferry and Sebastien Tellier. Johnny Marco, a Hollywood bad-boy stumbling through a life of excess at the Chateau Marmont when he receives an unexpected visit from his 11-year-old daughter, played by Elle Fanning. Their meeting challenges his lifestyle and forces him to make necessary changes.
